This class was designed to create a unique experience each month, every session will be centered around a specific theme or intention. Which will provide a focal point for reflection and help deepen the overall experience.
Class Format: (60 mins total)
25-30 minutes of Reflection
25-30 minutes of Sound Healing
5 minutes of Rest & Integration

Special Instructions
Come before class starts! The entrance is at the back of the building. The door will be locked at the start of class. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water if you so desire.
