Please review the class schedule below and remember,  ALL  class times are listed in EST (Eastern Standard Time Zone) so please covert the times according to your geographic locations...specifically regarding the Virtual "Mat" Classes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED FOR Virtual Mat CLASS:
- Pilates Mat
- Water/Drink (optional)
- Small Towel (optional)
- Accessories-Ring, Small Weights, Bands, etc. (Used for specified classes).  
WHAT YOU'LL NEED FOR REFORMER CLASS:
- Reformer Pad (optional)
- Water/Drink (optional)
- Small Towel (optional)

Lastly, life happens & last-minute changes are inevitable...that being said, should you realize that you CANNOT make your class, please remember to cancel your reservation at least 4 hours out to avoid receiving a "late cancellation" or "no show" charge!  Any/all classes cancelled less than two hours prior to the start of class is defined as a late cancel.  Simply NOT calling or showing up for a class that you have reserved, is considered a "No Show".  Due to the high demand of classes...both of these offenses can & will result in a loss of a Punchpass Credit or additional charges.   Should you encounter an emergency situation, and you need to contact me, please don't hesitate to call my cell phone @ (404) 263-6222 directly.   Thanks in advance for your understanding/cooperation.
