Join us for a 60-Minute, all-levels line dancing class focused on movement and wellness.  Improve balance, coordination, and fitness through easy-to-follow dance routines.  What a great way to kick-start your week/year by being active, feeling energized and having lots of fun!   No partner or experience required...just bring comfortable shoes and a positive attitude.  

Come ready to move your body, boost your mood and enjoy a social, supportive class environment!

Special Instructions

Please bring water or another beverage to stay hydrated.  Our studio entrance is located at the back of the building.  Space is limited, so we recommend arriving early to secure your spot.  For the safety and flow of the class, doors will be locked approximately 10 minutes after the class begins.  Thanks!
