Explore this non-heated hybrid class that combines the energetic and flowing style of Vinyasa Yoga with the slow, static, holds of Yin Yoga.  The first half of class consist of a dynamic Vinyasa flow to build heat and strength, while the second half transitions to a passive, longer-held Yin poses to improve flexibility in the connective tissues.  This combination creates a balanced practice that is both invigorating and restorative, leading to a sense of both physical strength and deep relaxation.   You can have the best of both worlds in the 60-minute practice...so stop thinking about it and come join us for a delightful experience that you will feel so grateful for afterwards!


Special Instructions

Please arrive before the start of class.  The entrance is in the back of the building.  The doors will be locked shortly after the start of class.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
