This heated Vin/Yin blend starts slow, sinks deep, and then rises into fluid movement.  Mint into longer Yin shapes, then transition into a warming, energizing flow that strengthens and mobilizes the entire body.  A perfectly balanced practice to start your day leaving you feeling more centered, more powerful and more open!


Special Instructions

Please arrive before the start of class.  The entrance is in the back of the building.  The doors will be locked shortly after the start of class.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
