Start your midweek morning with a nourishing blend of breath, mindful movement, and intentional stillness.  Flow through postures that build strength, improve balance, and gently refocus the mind for the days ahead.  This class is suitable for ALL levels and will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to navigate through the rest of your week with clarity!


Special Instructions

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.  Our entrance is at the back of the building.  Arrive early to obtain your spot.  Space is limited and we lock the doors approximately 10 minutes into the start of class.
