Awaken body, mind, and spirit to step into your day with clarity and ease.  RISE & RELEASE combines mindful flow, strength, balance, and playful exploration with intentional opening and gentle myofascial release.  Move through postures and challenge and expand your while releasing tension and stagnant energy, cultivating freedom, vitality, and renewed sense of lightness.  

This class is welcoming to ALL levels and leaves you feeling centered, energized, and ready for the day ahead.

Special Instructions

Come before class starts!  The entrance is at the back of the building.  The door will be locked at the start of class.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
