Start your morning by connecting body, mind, and heart in a practice designed to awaken your full potential.  STRENGTH & SPIRIT blends mindful movement, balance work, and strength-building with playful exploration and intentional opening.  Move through postures that challenge and expand you, release tension and stagnant energy through myofascial release, and cultivate a sense of freedom and vitality.  

This class encourages presence, curiosity, and self-expression, leaving you grounded, energized, and inspired for your day ahead.  

Special Instructions

Come before class starts!  The entrance is at the back of the building.  The door will be locked at the start of class.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
