Ignite your strength and energy in this heated LJP&W Power Flow.  Flow through breath-linked postures that build strength, flexibility, and endurance while deepening focus and mindfulness.  Leave feeling empowered, energized and renewed.  This class is designed to provide a total body workout that can be moderately challenging but it is definitely suitable for ALL levels!  

Our studio is heated to approximately 90 degrees to create the optimal environment for your body to open up without being uncomfortably hot.  You will sweat, shake and laugh out loud through flowing sequences that are guaranteed to leave your mind and body feeling refreshed.

Special Instructions

Come before class starts!  The entrance is at the back of the building.  The door will be locked at the start of class.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
