A gentle & nurturing, empowering flow designed to support every stage of pregnancy & beyond.  This class blends mindful movement, grounding breath work, and gentle strengthening to help pregnant persons feel spacious, steady and connected.  Explore how yoga can ease common discomforts, build confidence for birth, and deepen the bond with your growing baby.  Accessible for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.  
This special class provides a unique experience, inviting our community to gently explore the benefits of pre & post natal yoga.  

Special Instructions

Please arrive before the start the class.   The entrance is in the back of the building.  The doors will be locked at the start of class.   Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
