Step into this HEATED practice designed to awaken your body and ignite your energy & mind!   This dynamic class blends a combination of Hatha & Vinyasa flows linking breath with movement, challenging your strength,  balance, and encouraging mindful exploration.  
Come prepared to sweat, stretch, and discover playful transitions while releasing tension and stagnant energy.  Finish this workout feeling invigorated, empowered, and fully ready to take on the day, and/or weekend ahead!

Special Instructions

Come before class starts!  The entrance is at the back of the building.  The door will be locked at the start of class.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
