Start your day off with a grounded, mindful practice that wakes up your body and refreshes your mind!  This non-heated class blends a combination of Hatha & Vinyasa elements to connect breath with movement, build gentle strength, improve balance, and cultivates mindfulness.  Move through postures at a comfortable pace, explore playful transitions, and leave feeling more centered, more open, and ready to embrace the day ahead.  

Special Instructions

Come before class starts!  The entrance is at the back of the building.  The door will be locked at the start of class.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
