Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that takes you into a state of conscious rest that helps release physical tension, calms the nervous system, and quiets the mind. It is typically practiced lying down in a comfortable position, making it accessible to/for everyone-no physical movement or prior yoga experience required.

Come before class starts! The entrance is at the back of the building. The door will be locked at the start of class. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring water.
