This special Yin + Soundbath class invites you into deep rest through gentle stretches, relaxed breath, and soothing vibrational tones. Held poses and calming sound come together to release tension in body and mind while restoring the nervous system to its natural state of rest.   All levels welcome.

Special Instructions

Come before class starts!  The entrance is at the back of the building.  The door will be locked at the start of class.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring water if you so desire.
