A nurturing, empowering flow designed to support every stage of pregnancy.  This class blends mindful movement, grounding breath work, and gentle strengthening to help pregnant persons feel spacious, steady and connected.  Explore how yoga can ease common discomforts, build confidence for birth, and deepen the bond with your growing baby.  Accessible for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.  
This is a special showcase class offered as a one-time experience, giving our community a chance to explore a prenatal yoga style we may offer in the future.  It's a preview of what dedicated prenatal programming could look and feel like in our studio.
