This Special New Year, New You session will begin with 15 minutes of guided meditative breath work & journaling to help you set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. We will then move into 35-40 minutes of mindful, accessible yoga flow to awaken the body and energize your mind. This practice will close with 15-20 minutes of restoration to the beautiful vibrations of grounding sound bowls, offering deep rest and release so you leave grounded, refreshed, and aligned with the year you want to create.
