Get ready to sweat and elevate your fitness game!  You can expect to jump, kick lift and/or sculpt your way through a series of high energy, low impact moves, ensuring a comprehensive workout that challenges your endurance, agility and strength.  

This HIIT format involves alternating between short bursts of maximum effort and brief periods of low-intensity exercises.  This strategic approach not only accelerates calorie burn during the session, but also triggers the after-burn effect!

This signature 45-minute workout is perfect for the cardio junkie and can vary between a Cardio-Jumpboard session to a dynamic blend of strength training moves thus delivering a powerful full-body workout emphasizing core engagement, mindful breathing, and optimal body alignment.  
We encourage 'smart' training: push your limits but ALWAYS listen to your body and rest when needed.  

*L2 is an advanced Reformer class intended for those with prior Pilates experience. It's best suited for individuals who are confident using the equipment with control and who consistently apply mindful movement and body awareness throughout class.

***This class is NOT suitable for prenatal, arthritic clients or those recovering from injuries.
