Kick off your day & week by joining us for a heated Hatha Yoga practice rooted in the traditional Sivananda sequence.  This holistic class weaves breath work (pranayama), postures (asana) and strengthening exercises to cultivate harmony in body and mind.  Suitable for all skill levels as modifications & variations will be provided.
