IN HONOR OF MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH (MAY).  
***A GENTLE HATHA + RESTORATIVE + SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE***
Join us for a gentle, nourishing experience designed to hold space for resting and then reimagining how we can take on the world with an open heart and compassionate mind.  

Through a series of gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra exercises plus a complimentary sound healing journey, you'll be guided into  a restful space to visualize a more peaceful and compassionate world-for yourself and for others.  


This special class is donation-based and in partnership w/the NAKUJALI FOUNDATION, a nonprofit organization that supports Ugandan Refugees through trauma-informed programs centered on mental, physical, and emotional wellness.  With your donations we will be able to directly contribute to/support their newest initiative: Yoga for Resilience, aiming to enhance the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of these Ugandan Refugees.  Check out their website below.
