LJPW (LatJohns Pilates & Wellness) Heated Flow offers an environment that is safe and supportive, with a focus on building trust and connection. The ultimate goal of this class is to attain tranquility of the mind, body, and spirit. Come join this gentle, heated, beginner-friendly flow where poses are modified (as needed) to be more accessible and non-threatening. This is a perfect class where the practitioners can become more comfortable with yoga by gaining a sense of empowerment as we offer suggestions instead of commands & participants have the option to take breaks, use breath work & yoga poses to cultivate awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and gain a deeper sense of inner calm. This class is perfect for those seeking to: reduce stress & anxiety, enhance sleep quality & coping mechanisms, increase body awareness and self regulation, experience emotional healing & resilience, and discover a sense of community & belonging!  This class can be moderately challenging but it is definitely suitable for all levels!
