Ready to experience deep ease and wellbeing?
In this monthly series, Jill Elkin will introduce and deepen the iRest (or Integrative Restoration) practice. iRest is a guided meditation that provides participants with tools to relax deeply, release stress, and experience an unshakeable wellbeing. Research shows iRest practitioners experience reductions in anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, and depression, as well as an increased ability to enjoy life.
This series will include discussion as well as meditation practices. After the practice, there will be a few minutes to journal or share reflections. You will receive handouts for optional home learning and exploration. This series will build on concepts from month to month. For deeper understanding and personal growth, it is recommended that you attend all sessions.
Prior experience is not necessary, and all are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing. You may want to bring a journal and pen.
