Reformer LBHC is the perfect class if you want to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, ankles (you get the picture)…oh and did I say ABS? You’ll feel the burn in this 45-minute butt-kicking session! These moves go deep. You’ll work hard to lengthen & strengthen the lower extremities + sculpt & create the most fabulous abs using the Reformer apparatus and various props.

This class RLBHC (Level 1) is designed with the basic framework in which all proceeding levels should build upon.   The challenge lies in applying correct techniques to achieve results & prepares one to advance to the next level.  The ultimate goal is to practice "functional movement patterns that translates into everyday life, thus increasing your strength & stability and teaching clients to move with precision, control and at a good pace.  

*Suitable for ALL levels.  Prior class experience is not required but preferred.
