Reformer LBHC is the perfect class if you want to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, ankles (you get the picture)…oh and did I say ABS? You’ll feel the burn in this 45-minute butt-kicking session! These moves go deep. You’ll work hard to lengthen & strengthen the lower extremities + sculpt & create the most fabulous abs using the Reformer apparatus and various props.

This class level (RLBHC-ALL Levels PLUS) is a great starting point for those of you that are new to Pilates OR for those that would like to get back to the basics. This class will provide you with the "fundamental" building blocks of the Pilates repertoire on the Reformer & help maximize your Pilates class experience.  On days when there are no new clients present...this class may very well morph into a L1 or L2 session!!!

*Suitable for beginners or those in need of modified movements due to injury and/or preference.
