Start your morning off right & fine tune your practice with this Warm Flow.   Enjoy the journey of connecting to your body, all while gaining cues and support from your instructor as you explore your own personal practice. Beginners are welcomed.  

Special Instructions

Come before class starts!  The entrance is at the back of the building.  The door will be locked at the start of class.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
