Come enjoy this gift of restorative energy in your body, mind and day.  Prepare for the week ahead, as your instructor guides you into positions that will be held so that you may find mindful rest and relaxation, with the use of props and support.  Enjoy a guided meditation. Learn to find ways to release stress in the mind and body.


Special Instructions

Please arrive before the start of class.  The entrance is in the back of the building.  The door will be locked shortly after the start of class.   Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
