This moderately paced class focuses on Alignment, Form and basic Pilates principles. L2 clients are expected to have a good understanding of the basic frameworks of Pilates including language, postural awareness, movement fundamentals, safety, spring tensions, equipment setup and proper modifications for your specified pathology.
Props may be used throughout class to progress movements. Our goal is to help you rebuild, sculpt, strengthen, restore, repair and rehab the mind, body & spirit as you align the spine and so much more!
***Previous Reformer experience is recommended for anyone attending this class!
