This moderately paced class focuses on Alignment, Form and basic Pilates principles. You will learn the basic frameworks of Pilates including language, postural awareness, movement fundamentals and safety. You will also learn your appropriate spring tensions, equipment setup and proper modification for any specified pathologies.
Props may be used throughout class to regress and/or progress movements. Our goal is to help you rebuild, sculpt, strengthen, restore, repair and rehab the mind, body & spirit as you align the spine and so much more!
*Suitable for ALL levels. Prior class experience is not required but preferred.
