This slower-paced (ALL Levels PLUS) class focuses on Alignment, Form and basic Pilates principles.    You will learn the basic frameworks of Pilates including language, postural awareness, movement fundamentals and safety.  You will also learn your appropriate spring tensions, equipment setup and proper modification for any specified pathologies.    

Props may be used throughout class to regress and/or progress movements.   Our goal is to help you rebuild, sculpt, strengthen, restore, repair and rehab the mind, body & spirit as you learn Pilates fundamentals, align the spine and so much more!  On days when there are no new clients present...this class may very well morph into a L1 or L2 session!!!

*Suitable for beginners or those in need of modified movements due to injury and/or preference.
