This 9-part MONTHLY yoga series is designed to create a dedicated, safe space for men to slow down, reconnect, and transform from within. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and guided stillness, participants will explore what it means to release, realign, and rise; supported by a community of like-minded men committed to healing and personal growth. As we transform, so does the world around us!
Suitable for ALL levels.

This class will be held every 4th Friday of the month April-June & every 3rd Friday of the month July-December!
