This Restorative/Yin Yoga style movement is a phenomenal way to start your week! We will explore the art of deepening our connection to mind, body, & spirit. In an effort to ground oneself; it inevitably allows for growth. This class is a combination of breath work, restorative postures (held for minutes at a time) and is an exploration on yogic literature that ends with a beautifully grounding sound bath.
