Reformer LBHC is the perfect class if you want to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, ankles (you get the picture)…oh and did I say ABS? You’ll feel the burn in this 45-minute butt-kicking session! These moves go deep. You’ll work hard to lengthen & strengthen the lower extremities + sculpt & create the most fabulous abs using the Reformer apparatus and various props.
This class level (RLBHC-Fundamentals) is especially designed for those of you that are new to Pilates or for those that would like to get back to the basics. This class will provide you with the "fundamental" building blocks of the Pilates repertoire on the Reformer & help maximize your Pilates class experience. We will do a lot of the same exercises from L1 & L2...simply moving at a much slower pace!!!
