Reformer UBHC is the perfect class if you want gain muscle strength & endurance in your arms, back, chest, shoulders…oh and did I say ABS? You’ll feel the burn in this 45-minute ‘push it real good’ session! These moves extend far beyond just gaining toned muscles; You will build strength in the upper body using the Reformer apparatus and various props which is sure to improve poster and aid in the performance of your daily tasks!
This class level (RUBHC-Fundamentals) is especially designed for those of you that are new to Pilates or for those that would like to get back to the basics. This class will provide you with the "fundamental" building blocks of the Pilates repertoire on the Reformer & help maximize your Pilates class experience. We will do a lot of the same exercises from L1 & L2...simply moving at a much slower pace!!!
