Jumpboard is a terrific cardio-focused workout. This moderate to fast-paced combination class uses the Pilates Reformer Jumpboard to add an extra layer of challenge.  This class is guaranteed to help towards increased endurance and muscle strength, all while delivering a high energy workout in a low impact setting!  We will also focus on refining alignment & movement mechanics for your lower extremities.  


Cardio Jumpboard (L2) is designed for those that have mastered our L1 class.  You will be expected to have sufficient knowledge to change your springs, recognize exercises by name, correctly position yourself in preparation of the up-coming moves, and have excellent body awareness.  Again, this is a more UP-tempo/fast-paced class so you will be expected to keep up. Come ready to get your cardio on and have loads of FUN!!!


***Not suitable for those with physical limitations (unless you are aware of movement modifications).   Previous Reformer experience is recommended for anyone attending this class!
