This group class provides the basic framework combining breath work and movement along with other foundational principles of Pilates. The spring assistance and/or resistance of the Pilates Reformer helps to lengthen, strengthen, and tone the entire body. These classical exercises and coordinated movements are introduced with modifications and progressions to meet the clients where they are; with a focus on core activation and a total body integration!
This class may include the use of props to stimulate the body and make each exercise more challenging & ultimately more successful throughout your 45 minutes workout!
